We require a minimum of 24 hour advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations within a 24 hours of scheduled time-slot will be charged 50% of the total price of the services.
If you are more then 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charge 100% of the services you booked.

A credit card will be required to be placed on your account for booking. All guests will also sign an agreement to make sure all parties understand and acknowledge the policy. Thank you for your understanding!
